The three most common problems encountered in customizing competition medals are as follows: 

1. The production time of the medals cannot keep up with the schedule of the event. Once the competition date and award presentation date are set, any delay is almost unacceptable. Industry buyer guides generally place "lead time" at the top of the list. If the event organizing committee has experience in holding competitions, they usually prepare these medals in advance. However, as a manufacturer, we also have the responsibility to plan out the actual production process and provide it to the event organizer simultaneously. If there are any problems that delay the progress, the factory must have a contingency plan to promptly solve these issues and ensure the timely delivery of the final medals. 

2. The bulk goods do not match the design drawings. Many of our custom medal buyers are not professionals and may not be able to understand professional design drawings. Or, after viewing the design drawings, their understanding is different from the actual presentation. This is a common occurrence. Therefore, as a professional manufacturer, we need to translate the design drawings into understandable language for the buyers so as to avoid the occurrence of problems in the end. 

3. Fear of high communication costs. Buyers are not professional production personnel and do not understand some professional terms. Therefore, when the factory's business communicates with the buyers, they should try to avoid using too professional language and can use previous case pictures to clearly show the possible effects, and strictly follow the schedule to advance. In this way, the buyers will feel at ease.
